Excellent! The day we had lunch they had poke as an appetizer. Outstanding! Syshi rocked. Gyoza superb. Would get 5 points but served no dipping sauce with ton katsu which is a crime in Japan. Will go again.

Its overpriced for what they are selling. I got two California hand rolls and i thought theyd be bigger for the $6 im paying for each of them. I could have made both of them by shopping for the simple ingredients at Walmart. Would have cost me less than $5. And the California hand rolls didnt have fish eggs nor the daikon radish in them like they are supposed to. I’ve lived in California and Japan so i’d know. And usually Japanese restaurants give miso soup as an appetizer on the house but not this one. Overall, I wouldnt visit this place unless I had a hangover and couldnt think about how much money they are taking from me.

Took the wife here for my birthday tonight and we both enjoyed our meals. The miso soup and salads were good, also tried the gyozas and beef negimaki. The Philadelphia rolls were just okay, they were mostly filled with cucumber with not enough salmon. Their negimaki is mostly scallions with a bit of beef, but the flavor is good. We tried the chicken hibachi and seafood teriyaki, which were both tasty. Their fried rice is great, not greasy at all and has a nice seasoning mix. Their yum yum sauce is also great, has a hint of maybe curry powder. The vegetables were mostly good but my broccoli was undercooked. Seafood mix was great, you get a nice cut of salmon with shrimp and tender sea scallops. We enjoyed watching the sushi chefs at work making some pretty rolls. We will be back to try different menu items next time.
