Black Bean Burger. The best!!!!
Seriously amazing flavors. Their lunch salad plates are to die for and leave you feeling good after your meal. I’m not vegetarian but soul veg is one of my local favs, don’t know how they make their food taste so good. Large portions and good prices. Try it!!!
Fantastic, real sweet girl manning the front, yummy choices, quick service and super polite wait staff. My fianc had the setain and collard greens, and I had BBQ tvp and mixed veggies we both had the Mac n cheese. First time I’ve felt sated and happy since going gluten free.

Great Service. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s a cozy quiet little place on the inside. The service was very friendly and prompt. We’re not vegetarians or anything but I thought the food was ok. Got the spinach quiche with a salad, a BBQ tofu sandwich, a bean-tofu pastry of some sort and ginger soda. The ginger soda is a bit strong but not bad. The pastry was pretty good. I think the sandwich would have been better if the bread had been toasted. The salad was very fresh but did not care for the dressing. The quiche was a creamy consistency with spinach leaves on top. It would perhaps have been a bit better if the leaves had been chopped up and put inside the quiche instead of on top. Overall not bad but would try something different if going again.
Best Vegan Food, Nicest People. Soul Veg feeds me probably half of the food I eat. They’re wonderful people serving amazing food in a very clean environment. I appreciate them so much for their cleanliness, niceness and consistency. Try them just one time and you’ll be a repeat customer. I like their burgers, gluten-free pizza, ridiculously good smoothies that are more like milkshakes and most of their daily specials.
