  This Starbucks location was fast, efficient, friendly, my order was correct, the interior was clean and fresh looking. Everything that a Starbucks should be.

  Will never return to this location. After reading another person’s complaint on here about service, I had to review and agree. I refuse to visit this location because of a specific employee who was completely rude on multiple occasions. He was upset that he didn’t make it decaf, per my request, and wanted to argue over it. That is completely unprofessional. On top of that, he did not fill it even close to the top of the cup. I think management needs to do some evaluation of staff.

  Poor Customer Service. One of the employees at this location is a complete jerk. The drink I ordered was served with coffee spilled all over the top and down the side of my cup, and it tasted like crap, so I asked him to remake it. Then he complained loudly about me to his coworker and harassed me about how many shots were in my drink. I know baristas find it annoying when they have to remake drinks, but the store was empty at the time and it is part of their job. This was the worst customer service I have ever gotten at a Starbucks, and I have not been back to this location since.

  Yes, super coffee and top service, but many of their food items are pretty poor and with a weak selection to choose from. Some other Starbucks seem to have a better selection. Do you find this to be the case? Regardless we are lucky to have Starbucks at this location.
