Consistently good for me. My youngest loves Steak n’ Shake burgers, fries, and shakes. The food is consistently hot, correct, and good. It’s fast food, but it’s better than most fast food. And coupons make it even more affordable.
This place is terrible!!! I’ve seen constipated 80 year olds move quicker!!!

Good service. I’ve been to many Steak n’ Shakes all over Florida, but this one has by far the best service I’ve had at any of them. I can tell it comes from very strong and active management.That being said, the food quality is consistent with the other restaurants in the chain; meaning that it’s mostly good, with the occasional disappointment.

THIS one is fair+ to good.. It’s a fast food burger joint with handmade milkshakes and good service… not much else to say. Freshly made-to-order food comes to the table hot and that’s my main critieria for burgers & fries!Now, stay away from the Capital Circle NWest one. Atrociously unclean, slow service and poor attitude.
Always open. Good prices with coupons. Sometimes not so fresh tasting. Fries can be cold and salads aren’t the freshest. I like the frisco melt.
