  • First visit to this chain. Food is adequate but not special enough for the prices. Expect to spend at least $40 for 2 people without alcoholic drinks.…

  • Excellent service, but meal left something to be desired. Steak and squash overcooked and very salty. Far too much flavor enhancement on steak.…

Solid four. Ted’s is on the higher side of casual dining with an unpretentious vibe. Sort of reminds me of places I’ve been out West, San Antonio so many years ago. Jyes, bison’s on the menu. Love the space, the feeling. Everyone was especially nice front to back. Popped in this time for drinks and snacks so we sat at the bar …all the way down unnecessarily for whatever reason open facing the line cooks, which was actually fun because they sort of indulged us with soft interest like sitting in with the chef. Was fun. Burger came to order spot on, good luck with that elsewhere.Been in a number of times passing through town over the years, sort of look forward to it. We need you in Orlando.

Bison. OK I’ll give it a go. Not worth the price and let’s face it, isn’t a buffalo just a wild cow? Better burgers at the steak and shake for my money. Service was good. It’s a neat looking place but I still can’t recommend. Broccoli undercooked, mashed potatoes lumpy, meatloaf spice forward so bison was undetectable.

Good chain food. Main reason I visit is for the bison, which is somewhat unique in the restaurant world. Service was good and the bison strip cooked perfectly. Good, reliable chow if you are in carnivore mode. Nicely stocked bar as well.

We visit Ted’s for special events. It isn’t inexpensive, but the food is excellent. The Bison nachos is always our appetizer of choice. The kids love the Bison burgers.

Even though it is a chain restaurant, this was one of our favorites in Tallahassee! The bison burgers are scrumptious, but my favorite is the Cedar Plank Salmon! Oh wow! And the pickles! Salivating as I type.

Came here after my little brother’s graduation. Possibly the most amazing bison burger I’ve ever had. And my uncle raises buffalo, so I’ve had them fresh. My brother even liked it. And he likes no restaurants we go to.

Excellent. This restaurant…. Excellent. This restaurant offers a unique product. If you want to experience bison this is the place. I travel a lot and ground bison product is easy to find. But it seems rare to find steaks. I had the demonico ribeye. Yes it was $30. And it was on the rare side of medium rare. But this turned out to be perfect for this very lean meat. It was not heavily seasoned and had the texture of filet. The taste is distinct mild and surprisingly refined. I enjoyed it immensely. For sides I chose the kale salad and asparagus. Both were perfect. The kale was young not tough or bitter and seasoned with a vinaigrette like corn salad. I have no complaints at all. My server Joe was outstanding.
