My husband and I were in Tallahassee for FSU’s homecoming and we stopped here for brunch before heading back home. The food was delicious!! Everyone was so friendly, especially our waiter. He was awesome. My husband got this meat-a-tarian omelet and he loved it. I got the bacon pancakes and a slice of banana nut bread it was so good. And the owner stopped by multiple times to chit chat and see how we liked everything. Whenever we go back to tallahassee we will be sure to eat there again.
Good, classic breakfast spot with a local owner who personally serves & checks on the guests… I’ve only been a few times but I’ve not been able to try anything but the Pesto scram out of the need to satisfy the craving. Coffee is good, nothing too special. Have gotten take out effortlessly. Never have had much of a wait despite the always full house. Friendly staff
I absolutely love their Smoked Salmon Omelet. The flavor of their smoked salmon itself is great but topped with the garlic dill (cream cheese?) and it is amaaaaazing. The service can be hit or miss depending on who you get but the owner always finds the time to check on all of his customers when he is there. Ive also had a few other breakfast items such as their pancake. Although I love the creativity of their oversized pancakes, it can be somewhat doughy/uncooked in the middle at times, especially when meat is cooked with it inside. It is a great local breakfast/lunch place and conveniently located across from Tallahassee Memorial hospital.
