Viva Cafe has American fare, with tasty food, and a good variety. They have friendly family staff. It is a clean restaurant and kitchen with good prices and value. They even have takeout and nearby delivery.
Amazing diner food with awesome customer service. Everything is made fresh when you order it. Really dug the onion rings. It’s tucked away in an unconventional location of an office building but the food really is worth it. If just passing through on Exit 199 I would recommend it over the other places at that exit. I got the patty melt and my wife got the chicken philly cheese steak and we both loved our orders. We will definitely be back.
