On the whole okay..but. I like the cookies or at least some of them, and the donuts are good and the muffins good and big, but the kolachy is not what it is described as. I learned to make them from real Czech and Polish cooks and those bear no resemblance to the real thing. On top of that for $0.99 they are a true rip off. If they would like to have the real honest to goodness Kolachy recipe and make them they could sell them for at least $2.00 each.
Bad Service. My milk was warm by the time it got to me which was and entire hour latter than stated. I put specific instructions to tell the driver to hvae change for a $20 which he did not. On top of all of that my order was incomplete. It was supposed to consist of 6 cookies. It only had 5. Their were supposed to be 2 chocolate chip, 1 M&M, 1 red velvet, and 2 double chocolate fudge cookies. Instead there were 2 chocolate chip and 3 fudge cookies. I called and she refused to bring the two cookies that were supposed to be in my order that were not. She said she could only bring me the 6th cookie. I’m a very dissatisfied with the service I received.
The name has now changed to z baked-but hands down, the best cookies ever. They were delivered still warm and chewy. We also ordered ice cream which was still frozen when it arrived. I honestly expected Betty Crocker cookies but they cookies were homemade and amazing!
