I have been to this place 3 times and all 3 times they have been very rude. Let me also mention that every time I went they tried to short change me in giving me my change back. for example i bought their jerk chicken lunch special today for $4.99, I gave the young lady $6 and did not receive the proper change back. I literally had to ask her for my change and she made a weird face like i was asking her for a favor. BE CAREFUL IN GETTING YOUR PROPER CHANGE BACK WHEN YOU GO THERE. THEY ARE SHORT CHANGING EVERYONE THAT GOES THERE AND IF YOU DON’T CATCH THEM STEALING FROM YOU THEY ARE KEEPING YOUR HARD EARN MONEY!!

Horrible customer service. I have gone to this restaraunt twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times I was not acknowledge as a customer. I notice if you were Jamaican the girls who work there will smile and speak to you, but if you were not, they basically didn’t address you. What horrible customer service. On my first visit they did not have any jerk chicken which seemed kind of odd because that was suppose to be one their specialties. On the second visit they were out of plantains which comes with the meal, I was not informed of this and inquired about them when I was checking out. I asked the man at the register if I could get a substitute and he said there is no subsituion. If something else had been offered, it would have showed they were trying to accommodate me, but I felt they were not professional and my business did not matter. Athough the food was pretty good, the lack of customer service and missing dishes on both occasions, are a deal breaker for me.
My friend and I are from Portland Oregon and were kinda food snobs. We like fresh food with lots of flavor. We like being adventurous an have never had Caribbean food before. This place is awesome the ladies behind the counter were so nice and the food was amazing. Bold flavors that blend together so well. The jerk chicken had a little kick and was very moist. Sadly we’re leaving tomorrow. I can’t wait to try Caribbean food again! 🙂
Yummy in my tummy. Food is always fresh and good..they have great lunch specials during the week. It can get packed during lunch time.
The Best. I have been here 6 years and just found them a month ago.. now I’m moving back home…. So Sad… THE BEST jerk pork I have ever had…Damn….!!
