Not my first time and won’t be the last. I first dined at China yuan in 2008, my wife is from China town NY and wanted authentic Dim Sum. I have ate dim-sum from NY to CA and many places in between, out of all the places in Tampa and surrounding area both my wife and I enjoy China Yuan the most. Dim-Sum is served daily till I want to say 2pm. They do not offer cart service, which I do not mind. No cart service allows me to get exactly what I want without looking around for certain carts.
