As a loyal customer of Dairy Queen for 24 years with my family and growing up on Dairy Queen in Tampa, the Bruce B. Downs Dairy Queen has to be the worst Dairy Queen in the Tampa Bay Area. This store is consistently out of ingredients and menu items. Orders are often forgotten about and never made. The manager of this store is always yelling at the employees and is rude to the customers including small children. The employees demonstrate the same attitude by showing rude manners when taking orders or telling customers, including small children, they are out of ingredients or menu items. I have visited this store multiple times, hoping that the last visit was a terrible random experience, but nothing has changed. Hopefully, they shut down this store and prevent other customers from experiencing horrible visits to the classic Dairy Queen. Very Disappointed.

I just came in to buy some ready-made items, and was treated like crap by the male cashier! Throwing change at a customer while complaining about other customers in the store isn’t exactly a good impression
