Do not eat here. I live about eight minutes from this place and have tried it twice. The first was carry out.It took forever and the pepperoni was okay but the Med pizza had very dry chicken and was pretty ugly overall. Tonight I ordered delivery of their giant cheese pizza. I was told 25 45 minutes. One hour and fifteen minutes later…cold pizza. I called and the manager answered. I told her what had happened She asked if I wanted another pizza so I said that would be fine. SHE THEN TOLD ME TO GIVE BACK THE FIRST WHEN THE SECOND ONE ARRIVED…so I guess the solution is to wait another hour for a possibly warm pizza? Back to the well known names in the business at least I get better service.
Fresh ingredients, good pizza, good service. You won’t be disappointed here.
Priced to High. The quality does not justify the high prices. The sauce very watered down on the pizza and when you get garlic knots the sause costs extra 1.00 on top of 2.99 and its small and watered down.
Mgr respond to last review. Thank you for the information you posted, unfortunately we at the store were unable to get a hold of you to see every detail you explained. How ever some of the information you posted did not coincide with what really happened, the delivery time was under one hour, we pulled the information from our computer and the phone records and it showed that you called back at 55 minutes in which you had already had the food. From my understand with the staff, the lady was giving all deliveries 45-1 hour wait time, so the information was not accurate in which you posted on delivery time. As for problems with the food I personally tried to find out what happened by calling you back a few times and I left a message, unfortunately you have not allowed me to conclude my full research to resolving your problem in which you stated you had. I’m sorry but I can do no further coaching to my staff until I hear further information from you. Thank you.
Delivery Took An Hour And A Half. The Pizza Was Cold With A Rubbery Crust. When My Fianc Called To Ask About The Pizza Because It Was Well Over An Hour They Didn’t Even Apologize.We Will Never Eat Here Again. Terrible Pizza And Service.
