One of the main reasons I came to koizi was for the hibachi shrimp. Now that they’ve upped the prices and their plates the shrimp is horrendous and the rolls are nowhere near as good as they once were. I demand better food gosh darnit!!!!
Great food and excellent service. Our server had a thick accent but did her best to communicate clearly. I’m very impressed! The QQ balls are amazing and the sushi comes to your table very fast after being ordered.
Service was slow, so was the food. Maybe intentional, since it is an all you can eat. But the food was good. Tried a couple of rolls, hibachi, and Mongolian beef. Try the QQ Balls, they were tasty.
Horrible service and very mediocre food. Haha chi may be better… we went for sushi. Do not recommend. Ripped chairs, broken dishes, etc…
While the service is generally fair to good, the food is great. Not excellent mind you, but is easily the best lunch you will have for only 10$. The sushi is decent, and the hibachi menu has been spot on so far. My main concern is what quality of meats and sea food are the serving, but put out such a large quantity for such a low price. Still, until I’m proven other wise, the food is excellent and I will be returning.
We really enjoyed our entire meal here. The sushi was fresh, the red curry was very spicy and the wasabi salmon was perfectly cooked and delicious. The price is great for the quality of the food. All the food was very hot and well-presented. The service was friendly and attentive. No complaints. We can’t wait to go back.
Everything horrible!. So we had a party of 6 adults and 3 kids! We went there to try it out for our first time and let me tell you straight up that this place really REALLY SUCKS!They told us the wait would be about 20 to 25 mins but we ended up waiting 1hr…Okay then the host gave bad service with an attitude because we were asking and did complain about the time! But who could blame us. People who arrived after us sat down before us. Not to mention she went out of order. A couple comes in after we did and a family of three people total followed after the couple. She sat the party of three first and the party of five that came after the party of three and finally sitting the couple after that. While we were still waiting. So we sit down at 6 order our food…VERY HECTIC BTW! (Didn’t finish eating or even get our food till about 7:30 N WE DIDN’T LEAVE TILL 9:30 BECAUSE MY LAST DISH BEING COOKED OUT CAME AT 9:10)FOOD QUALITY Whoever says this place is good really hasn’t been to a better sushi place! (I SWEAR NEVER WILL I GO THERE NOR SEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO GO THERE!)Food was horrible… Wana refer you to a better sushi place. Try Matois on Dale Mabry or Samurai sushi.HIBACHI STEAK N CHICKEN was Hard and DRY! CHICKEN FINGERS was Hard DRY! (kids didn’t even eat it!) Even though we ordered chicken nuggets.SUSHI (When we got the sushi the fish that’s SUPPOSE TO BE COLD WAS WARM….NOT GOOD! Tap water, and the sprites we got were flat carbonated water.SERVER – Horrible on so many levels. Customer service was no were to be found. Barely any english. We ordered sushi or what was available and my husband asked for eel sauce. Sushi arrived from the sushi makers not server. Asked for eel sauce. Well it never came after we asked 4 times but it never came. My husband asked for steak only from the hibachi and it never came as well. We have seen our server twice. Beginning and the bill.
