Clear and Concise. I will be clear with my review, I am from Puerto Rico and I am a culinary professional. The establishment decor looks just like the ones you can find on the island, they carry the loud music in the background as well as the loud customers. Service lacks friendliness and lacks kindness, it is slow taking orders as it is bring the food out at mild temperatures. They dare to serve you seafood from a can and claim it to be fresh. They do not specify what is hot or cold on a menu. Fresh fish is overpriced tenfold. I had a very bad experience here last night, and I want to make sure nobody goes thru the same thing.
