Great Burger!. Bartenders are friendly and the burger is consistently good – juicy & always perfectly cooked. The wings are very good too….I prefer buffalo style (which they do well) while the hubs prefers garlic parm (not so good, no garlic parm flavor). Great neighborhood lunch spot!
College bar/Crawling with cops. The boyfriend loves this place……he used to get laid a lot when he would hangout here I gather. It’s a college bar with food, pool, and a dance club. It can be great if your into watching post Tweens ackwardly hope to get down the opposite sex’ s I’ll fitting pants….but maybe I have just seen too much of the world and have grown bored with such sophomoric joints. Don’t get wrong….if I’m wasted, right on, this fits the bill, otherwise…..save yourself a DUI and leave early or go somewhere else where the cops aren’t waiting outside with breathilizers and handcuffs.
Smoke free now! Ive been going here for years, it’s one of my favorite local bars. The smoke never bothered me, but now my friends are more apt to join me now that it’s gone. And trust me, it’s gone. If you havent been in there awhile check it out. They have a new chef and new menu. The fries are handcut, the burgers are fresh and the steak special on Fridays is flavorful and expertly cooked and only $9! My husband loves the wings and deems them one of the best in the bay. I mean, dont get me wrong, it’s still a bar and bar food, but it is a great place to meet up with friends, have some beers and watch a game. Servers are hit or more miss with service but any mistakes made are easily and quickly fixed. And hey, at least they wear cute outfits.
Two times and done, GOOD! I’m sure the staff is happy about that, complaining about $2.00 drinks and pizza doesn’t say much about you! Been going there for years, best specials in the area Monday thru Sunday! Thanksgiving Eve is one of the biggest nights going out, most places raise there prices. You seem to know nothing about the industry and if your going to write reviews know what your taking about and tip 20%!
Disappointed.. I have been here twice now. The first time I had no complaints and was eager to return. However, I had a different experience the second time. First, our waitress came to take drink orders for our party of four. The two men at our table ordered a beer tower. Our waitress assumed that meant we all wanted beer and left without asking if anyone else wanted something else. She came back with the tower and glasses for all four of us, not asking for a single ID. I’m 20, so I asked for a water. We went on a Thursday, which was Team Trivia night. It started at 7:30. The game was almost over when a bouncer came to our table and asked for ID’s. Apparently, at 9pm you had to be 21 or older to remain in the restaurant. There was no warning. It was not written on the daily specials board and no announcement had been made (they could have easily had the trivia DJ give a warning at 8;30). The bouncer made sure to get our waitress right to our table and close out our tab. We had spent nearly $100, so it would have been nice for them to give us ten more minutes to finish up, but this was not the case. I left Peabody’s disappointed and don’t plan on returning at least for another 8 months (after I turn 21 and wont have to worry about being kicked out in the middle of dining).
Good and inexpensive. Good place to hang out. They also have darts and pool tables. All you can eat wings special on Tuesdays
Don’t Waste your time!!!!!. Went here for wings and a beer and my first impression was ASH Tray! It smelled very bad and the food wasn’t much better. The food and beer were cheap but you get what you pay for. I smelled like a smoker after just a few minutes of being inside. The wings were very small and greasy. Take your money down the street if your smart.
