Worst burger experience ever! I ordered a burger right before the kitchen closed and the burger and fries were cold. I asked to speak to a manager and asked if he could have the cook prepare some hot food (would have asked for my money back but was expecting a long layover); they brought me another burger that was just as cold as the first. Threw the second burger away; next business day, called the number on the bottom of the receipt to complain but to no avail; I was forwarded to an answering machine. Top 10 worst airport food experiences ever!!! I’d advise to avoid at all costs unless you are into cold burgers and fries.
Disgusting food and terrible service. It’s hard to believe Shulas would have such a low performing restaurant!!! We went under the assumption that Shulas steak house great quality of food would reflect at it’s burger place. Hamburger was order medium rare and both came out over well done, dry and had the consistency as shoe leather. It’s quite apparent from our food and those around us that the cook lacks any professional training or guidance. Management is completely to blame for this and has no control of his staff, he walks around like a deer in the headlights. This is the place to got too when you want slow service, food dropped at your table and for your server never to return for 45 minutes after we have to chase him down to get our bill. He than never returned to cash us out after another 20 minutes. Only to have us summon the manager to cash us out and acted like we were bothering him.
Bad bad bad. My family had a layover in Tampa so stopped in for lunch. The service was terrible. The waiter didn’t bring silverware until requested for my group and others. The person who delivered the food told me it wasn’t her job to bring silverware and walked away. The food was average at best But prices were above average. Gra coach bad restaurant. I won’t give it another try.
Cold & Slow. Grabbed a burger, fries and coleslaw here before heading out of Tampa. The burger and fries looked delightful! The coleslaw was pretty good and the fries tasted great! The burger on the other hand was awful. It was cold, it tasted like the meat had spoiled, and it was not cooked very well. Overall worst burger eaten in quite some time. We also waited 20 minutes for this burger…It’s the airport so I wasn’t expecting much, but 20 minutes for a frozen burger? No thanks.
$14 dollar burger and fries. Really bad
