Horrible food and service. It took five minutes for them just to answer me back through the speaker. After waiting forever just to speak with someone to place my order, I received a lazy, ‘how dare you make me work’ attitude from the person working the drive through. Once I finally pulled up to the window, I saw them make my order then place it by the window and then walk away. After another five minutes someone came up to the window and asked if I had received my order yet as if they completely forgot I was there. I ordered the Frisco melt, the double steak burger with cheese, and a peanut butter cup milkshake. The melt and steak burger tasted like they dumped a whole bunch of salt on them, and the milkshake might as well have been vanilla because there was hardly anything else in it. I will never go back to this steak n shake.
I refuse to go to this location ever again. I have never received worse service than at this location. I’ve complained enough times and nothing changes. There latest was giving me such a greasy burger and leaking chili that soaked the bag so much that when I got out of my car the bag split. Pouring hot chili and all the contents on my lap and my car. I’m absolutely disgusted with this location.

Happy Kids. The food is what you would expect and the staff was nice but all the things they gave to the kids kept them busy right up until they food got there. Talk about a relief for to stressed out parents of 3yo twins. My kids were very pleased and we will continue to go here when we are on this side of town
Friendly staff. I don’t eat here much but they had a very friendly staff and the food was good.
Yum. I love this restaraunt a lot and have been to multiple of the chains. All had great service, amzing food, and even better servers.I Like Pie
