I will not be eating at this restaurant ever again. Tonight I called to check on an order that had taken over 2 hours. I spoke to the manager, and I was told they were very busy and he hung up on me. I called right back and asked to speak to one of the hostesses that know me, and I was told that they were too busy to talk to me. Ive been eating at Sushi Caf for about two years almost every Friday night with my family. But I will be giving another sushi restaurant my business from now on because the customer service at this restaurant is horrible. You NEVER tell a customer that you are too busy to talk to them.
Great little find — note that it fronts Bruce B Downs and is on the other side of panera bread. We missed it the frat time following gps directions.Friendly service. Soups and sake hot as should be;Fresh sushi; perfectly cooked gyoza. Their cooked hibachi meals lked good as well.
Really liked this place!. My friend took me here and the 4 rolls we got were all so good. The fish was fresh and service was fast. I went back again and got the salmon sashimi and loved it.
