Brisket dry. The coleslaw was good but the brisket was overcooked to the point of being dried out and without flavor. I thought the service was good but the place wasn’t especially clean, in my opinion. I probably won’t be going again. Also thought the vinegar in the hot barbecue sauce was way too overwhelming.
I hate to say it, but the ribs were the worst I’ve ever eaten.They were totally the opposite of falling off the bone.You had to chew it off the eating threw the fat. My ribs at home could have have won against them. The corn on the cob was without any taste at all.I hate to say it, but one star would be a total gift to these ribs.
