Eggplant Parmesan??. It was nice to see the family back in town once again. My wife loves eggplant so I told her lets see if Jimmy’s has it on their menu. Sure enough they did so we placed an order along with a calzone w/ sausage for take out. Ready in 20 minutes when we arrived we were greeted by very polite and energetic staff waiting to take care of any of our needs. The calzone was amazing!! From here it goes down hill. My idea of eggplant parmesan is layered eggplant with cheese with tomato sauce with a side of pasta. What we were sadden by was pasta with with no sauce with four pieces of soggy eggplant on top. There was enough sauce (way to thick) on top for about three bites. Cheese we won’t talk about that. Thank god for the nice size portion of sauce given for the calzone,we used it on the eggplant.
