Packards did not meet my expectations at all. I left the restaurant still hungry, after spending $40+ on steak.. The steak had no taste, I ordered medium well and it was pink and bloody(my wife ordered a medium steak and it was cooked more than mine). This shouldn’t have been a problem.. So I asked the server to take it back which she did with quite the bad attitude. It came back completely blackened on the outside, then I cut it open again and it was just as pink and now burnt. I have frequented some of Florida’s best known steak houses such as Morton’s steak house, Christinies, Ruths Chris steak house etc. These are top notch steak restaurants! Packards prices are the same so I would expect things to be outstanding. It was the worst waste of time and money, I cannot stress how unpleasant this fine dining experience was. Overall I have had better meals and servers at Denny’s! Dine here if you like disappointment and embarrassment in front of your friends or family. Hope this review helped! Go somewhere else if you have the option.
