Fantastic. Today we walked to the local vegetable stand and on the way home stopped at Spuntinis for a bowl of gelato and an espresso. WONDERFUL. (I know we are lucky to be within crawling distance). Really nice people…son and his mom. Really great home-made gelato. Based on what I have read here on this page we must make a special attempt to go there for lunch. Happy it’s one business that has stayed in business….Tarpon Springs is a tough market.
Great Catering!. Spuntini’s catered my son’s wedding this past weekend. The food was phenomenal. There was pasta with marina sauce, Greek salad, pasta salad with a basil pesto and meat trays. All of the guests commented on how great the food was and asked where we got it. It is an amazing place for a variety of sandwiches and catering!

Must Try It – Only place like it in Tarpon. The menu is focused mainly on sandwiches but they are the best I have eaten in all of Pinellas county. What they serve is great food take-out style but you can eat there. The store is the most beautiful in all of Tarpon. You think you are eating in some high class place for 10 bucks. I have been eating in Tarpon for years and have never seen a place as nice as this one! You must try, especially in this economy. I spent 10 bucks on lunch and could not finish my sandwich (I have the Panini Italiano). The best authentic Panini I have had since visiting Italy a couple years ago. Forget about the places that call their sandwiches paninis. Spuntinis keeps them authentic!
