They have great food but. …Awful. Sat for an hour. No food!!!
Disheartened. I used to dine here quite frequently on my lunch hour. I haven’t been back in months. Albeit, Tarpon Tavern is a just that, there is nothing out of the ordinary, it is pub fare. With one server calling me darling, sweetie and honey, I can’t stand it. Don’t treat me as if I’m your child. The portions are absurd, while some think they’re getting more for their buck, it totally turns me off. You know I’m dining alone, please let me know that I will be receiving a mountain of food with a super side of salt. Inconsistent closing times as well. You say you’re open until 11pm, stay open until 11pm and don’t give me the stink eye when I come in at 1030 for an after work beer. If your kitchen closes at 10, don’t tell me I can’t order food at 930. This is a business and you’ve lost a lot of patrons due to inconsistencies. This is a small town, word travels. I’ve seen quite a turnover as well. Staff members that I loved and built relationships with, are no longer there. That says it all. Poorly managed. Do yourselves a favor and start running a restaurant, it’ll pay off in the long run.
Rick S.. I have been totally transformed!!! I thought a great place didn’t exist in Tarpon Springs. The staff was considerably more than helpful and the food rocks. I must say that it is really refreshing to see a menu with some creativity built into it, as opposed to eating the same old tired junk, that everybody else serves. The quality is great and perfectly prepared. As far as I am concerned, it is the right place at the right time. I WILL be back.

Fantastic food with a great selection. Staff are very polite and they have a great selection of beers on tap. The pub is very clean and upscale. Highly recommended!
Awesome place. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, good beer, and the food is super yummy. My husband and I have been here twice so far and have not been disappointed
OMG the food is so flavorful! My husband and I shared because we couldn’t decide. Blackened Gorgonzola chicken fingers and seafood flatbread were to die for! Waiter knew his beers and was a friendly sort. We will absolutely be back!
