The best part of Al’s Landing is the lake view in Tavares. The menu seems to have limited choices. The servers are friendly, but a little slow. Food seemed a bit over priced. But, well worth a visit to enjoy the view.
This restaurant is planning to re-open in mid-September. Considering it’s location and following I believe it will improve greatly — and it was not really bad before — just limited menu.
Poor management, unable to keep proper inventory always left things unavailable. Numerous issues with paychecks kept turnover high, and good waitresses would be hard to find.
My $9 meal was a quater head of wilted lettuce.Probably a better watering hole than restaurant, based on the customers who were drinking cosmos.
