My wife and I, along with our two kids took our first visit to Cazador Grill. Here’s a quick recap.- The food was fantastic. We would definitely eat there again. The food tasted as good as it looked in these pictures.- Even better, as you can see, the dishes are not skimpy or small. You certainly get a lot for the price/value. Overall, entree dishes were very affordable.- We also had delicious desserts which were also very large and very affordable. I would recommend the carrot cake and the chocolate cake.- Our server was awesome, very attentive (and Peruvian) and very helpful with selecting dishes. She also recommended a Peruvian beer, which I would recommend.- The exterior, as well as the interior decor isn’t very elaborate, fancy and doesn’t even have much of a Peruvian flare. But with that being the only real downside of this place, if you want to great meal, I would recommend Cazador grill.

Peruvian Opinion. As a Peruvian who has tried so many other Peruvian restaurants in the area, it was refreshing to see a menu that capitalized on our grilled cuisine. It did not disappoint whatsoever! It’s definitely a great dinner spot with its filling entree portions. Recently I visited with a co-worker for lunch and their lunch menu portions were perfect for going back to work without feeling groggy. The price was extremely reasonable. For my first dinner, I ordered the Vacio (flank steak) at medium rare. the juiciest and most delicious steak I think I have has in a while. Had the potato cake as my optional side order, glad I tried it! The folks that work there are very enthusiastic to share the cuisine and were great with customer service both for lunch and dinner. Thankfully it is close to the USF area whereas all the other Peruvian restaurants are either on Armenia avenue or anywhere west of there. I’ve been about three times and my next time will include 7 other co-workers!

Delicious Food. I tried Cazador for dinner on Monday night and both the food and service was excellent. I ordered the Tallarin Chaufa (stir fried egg noodles) with beef, and it was flavorful and cooked perfectly. My wife tried the Cazador BBQ Ribs and those were wonderful. We’re definitely coming back and look forward to trying other dishes.
