BEWARE IF PURCHASING GROUPON!!. I spotted a nice deal on Groupon ($20 for $40) for this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Long story short, the food and service were mediocre. After ordering appetizers and entrees, the waiter brought out cold samosas and when he brought out the entrees didn’t bring rice (We had to ask for it!). In spite of this, no complaints were made. So it was to my surprise that when I presented the MANAGER with my Groupon, he refused to honor it saying that there needed to be a minimum of 4 people to use it. Now mind you, this stipulation was NOT made on the Groupon. After informing him that I did not live in the area and wouldn’t be able to use it another time, I was told to call and cancel my Groupon. As a first time diner at this restaurant I was very upset and bothered that the MANAGER would act in such a way and not honor my Groupon even though I purchased $40 worth of food. So save yourself a trip if you’re like me and thought that this was a good deal.
Really bad sevice and hospitality.
Excellent food and excellent service. Authentic experience. Food is fresh and unbelievably flavorful. A+
This is a dump. Too late to go to another south Indian restaurant like Udipi.
It was good. I purchased a Groupon for this resturant because I had never tried Indian food and I thought this would be the perfect time. I was pleasantly surprised, I ordered the butter chicken and it was delicious. The resturant its self isn’t aesthetically appealing but the food and the service made up for that. I will be returning soon to try another dish (the garlic chicken) that had caught my attention from the first visit.
The Best Authentic Indian Restaurant in Florida. This is the best Authentic Indian Restaurant I have ever seen in Florida. I travelled from Tallahassee to Miami in FL (North to South of FL) and visited several Indian Restauranats. But none can match this restaurant with regard to food and authenticity. The restaurant has lot of food choice. If you do not like Non-veg section, you always have excellent veggie foods. The buffet includes drink, Chai, Icecream, DOSA etc. If I have to go to Indian, food Mayuri comes first in Mind. That is the reason, you see lot of Indian crowd there all the time.
Awful! The customer service was awful and the food was barely mediocre. Not a nice establishment either; was not impressed with duct taped windows and dirty silverware/ glasses. Went with a group on and at the end they wouldnt except it. Try Cilantro instead.
