First, they do not give their employees any tips- I guess it all goes to the owner even though they are not the ones helping the customers. Their drink is full of ice, I comfort almost 7 dollars for a drink That is 90% ice. The milk tea also tastes like water with creamer.And I guess the manager does not know I understand Chinese because she was talking crap and making fun of another customer in Chinese to someone that works there.
