The food is amazing! Love it…BUT I can’t get over the fact that I saw one of the food fryer workers run his hands through his hair WITH his food gloves on. OMG. If you wear food gloves, FYI it is to prevent germs and bacteria from getting into the food, so don’t touch ANYTHING except for the food! That is just sickening.
Qdoba Mexican Grill, Tampa, FlVisited Qdoba Mexican Grill in Tampa on Monday, October 20th, 2014 after spending the afternoon in the area. The place is located in a shopping strip so it’s hard to see it. However, the place was neat, clean and well-lit. The staff was friendly and the establishment smelled so good.We ordered the chicken burrito and the crafty 2 (great idea – small tacos and bowl). The food tasted great, nice portions and reasonable price. The concept is very much like Moes or Chipotle, which is fine. The food at Qdoba doesn’t come with chips.Would I go back? Yes!!
Needs Some Improvement. I compare this place to Chipotle. But they definitely need some minor improvements to get up to Chipotle’s level. I love steak, but I can never order it here because the 2 or 3 times I have ordered it, it is dry. Now it does have good flavor, yes, but they are either overcooking it or it’s sitting out too long. So, when I do come to eat here I have to order the chicken or pork(which are always nice & juicy). Their chips by far surpass the Chipotle chips. They keep them in a warming drawer and serve them to you when you order(the way it should be). Their queso is AWESOME! And they do have an incentive/rewards program so you can acquire free items after multiple visits. FREE stuff is always good. So Qdoba figure out the steak problem and you’ll be golden.

Queso burrito was cheesy goodness!
Friendly, Clean & fast to make your food. I always leave this place after having a good overall experience. Good food, clean place, nice workers.
