Horrible service and too expensive. This use to be a good place but the last three times I’ve been there it has been horrible. No staff and the waitress that was there was very rude (older lady) and said she didn’t have time to get us extra dressing..WHAT? My seafood dish ….they forgot the seafood in it!We had to actually raise our hands to get someone to come to our table to fill our drinks. They have gotten a lot busier over this year and because of that the personalized service has gone WAY down. I am a regular customer and they treated me like I wasn’t even there. I SWORE I wouldn’t go back after last night. I use to go there several times a week. They keep raising their prices. Every meal is just about 20.00 going out the door (without tip). I think I will start going to the fresh harvest at the hard rock caf for cheaper, and better service for a total buffet ! I know they lost a good customer and I am not bringing my groups there anymore either.
Greasy spoon. This is just another greasy spoon eatery. The food is passable but the experience was made sour by one waitress.
Mousaka and Chicken Parmigana. This place was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I were searching for a small homey restaurant to eat at on a Friday night and stopped in Stefano’s 20 minutes before closing. Even though we felt horrible and rude the staff was very kind and helpful. Our food came quickly and the service was great! The calamari, mousaka, chicken parmigana, the bread, soup everything was amazing, the helpings were huge, and she even asked if we wanted dessert even though it was clear they were closing. This place is very laid back, homey, and just an all around great experience! We will definitely come back one day and we would recommend it to any one.
Dislike. I went to the restaurant today for lunch 1/24/2014. First of all the water (my friend ordered) was nasty (it taste it like dirty tap water), I ordered a diet soda and that was nasty as well. At that time I figured it was the ice, so I requested another one without ice and that was better.I asked the waitress questions about the menu and she lied about everything. The baked ziti had no meat like she said it did, the chicken and rice soup was nasty (it taste like campbells can soup), the garlic bread only had butter and no garlic, I had them change my soup for black beans and that was ok. The baked ziti was just noodles, sauce (cheap not marinara and def not homemade) and mozarella cheese. It took for ever for the order to be served and the waitresses have no idea what they are doing. I will not be coming back to this restaurant! Gave us Italians a bad name 🙁
Absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional. A) I’ve heard the manager belittle employees in front of customers and B) it takes forever for the servers to pay any attention to you because they’re too busy having ordinal conversations on the phone. Not to mention the food is covered in grease.
Easy Breakfast. I called this morning to order eggs to go. When I get there the server is sitting in a booth and some old guy is burping very loudly. I walked in behind another older gentleman who began to try and touch the servers face while she was getting up to come and take care of my to go order. I must say that she wasn’t very nice or awake and I do not think that I will ever be back. She did not even bother to look at me just told me a total, took my card, and had me sign.
My mother has been looking for a good place to get gyros and has been disappointed by other local restaurants. We tried this place today on a recommendation from my brother-in-law. The place is not fancy. It used to be a Pizza Hut and pretty much has your standard booths and laminate table tops. Our server was very attentive, even during a busy lunch hour. Mom and I both ordered the mini-Greek salad, which is pretty big. The greens were fresh and the potato salad tasty. The dressing is very thick and creamy, unlike other Greek dressings we’ve had in the past. You might want to ask for the dressing on the side since they tend to give you a lot of it. Mom couldn’t stop raving about how moist and tasty the gyro meat was on her sandwich. Again, they give you a LOT of it. The pita was warm and fresh. My chicken gyro was also delicious. I liked this place and would definitely go back. If you are looking for something swank with a romantic atmosphere, keep driving. If you’re looking for a delicious gyro, give this place a try.
