I like the food here a lot and my parents use to take me here a lot. I like the food dishes and the staff. I really like the Teriyaki Chicken.
Although I ordered from here more than 20 times, today I had the worst experience ever. I placed an order and was told that it will take an hour to deliver. After 1.5 hrs I call to make sure there is no problem and I am told that the driver just left and will be there in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, I still didn’t receive my food. They tell me they delivered it and gave it to someone. They didn’t call me, let some random person charge my card and didn’t apologize. I asked to just bring me food and was ok with waiting and they told me they do not care and won’t make me food. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER AT ALL! ALTHOUGH I HAVE ORDERED SO MANY TIMES, THEY ARE JUST FRAUDS!
Well this was one of my favorite Chinese restaurants but today I have a bad experience I placed my order over the phone when I went to pick my order up I was confronted by a young lady I am assuming one of the owner that I did a bad review on the restaurant on a order of Chicken Mei Fung .I explained to her it wasn’t me because reviews is something I never do She said that she has caller ID and it was me I tried explaining that it wasn’t me. I must say that I never write reviews but today I had to I am giving them one star for poor customer service and I can assure you that I will never return. For the person that did the reviews good for you and for Tung Tungs you have lost a valuable customer.
