What a shame. Have been here twenty plus times and am so sorry to now have to write this negative review. Food- good, some very good. Service- some OK, some very good. Sooo, the bad part…an operations disaster. I keep hoping for improvement, but after three years I need to give up the ghost. When I tell you they are slow I am being kind. No rhythm nor reason to what comes out when. I just let this evening after finally getting so frustrated that our party of eight had to leave after waiting an hour+ for our meal. I told our guest to head bCk to our house and we will ask to have them wrap it to go and eat at home. I waited ANOTHER thirty minutes for the meal before finally receiving our order. Waiter was great and embarrassed. We are sad to say that we will not be back. Lots of new restaurants coming to the area and this nice husband/wife team is going to unfortunately get their clock cleaned.Footnote- I am a CEO level executive of a global food/retail business, so speak with some authority- Hog Snapper is unfortunately a case study in the foundation of a nice concept that can’t scale as it gets busier and falls apart. So sorry to have to write this review.
