Just got back from first visit. Excellent salsa with chips. I had the seafood chimichanga, stuffed with shrimp and scallops and celery. Sounds different but it works and was delicious. Well worth the price for the large shrimp and numerous shrimp piled on top. Will definitely go back and try other menu items.
Did not agree with me. I will not say it was anything they did wrong….but I found it too greasy and was not well afterwards.

Being from southern California I believe I know my Mexican food. This is good authentic Mexican cuisine. If you think taco bell is Mexican. This may not be for you. From first bite you’ll be hooked!
Great food and great service!. I have been going to this restaurant for years! The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I know another Rancho Chico opened in Jupiter but the staff is so wonderful in Tequesta I will continue to go there.
One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve come across since I moved here in 1988. Food and service is always consistent.
Great food – great prices. This is a great place if your looking for a new Mexican place to try. It is an open family style type restaurant with booths and large tables (so don’t expect anything fancy). The portion sizes are large and the prices are perfect for those on a budget! There is usually a wait when we go but we have never waited more than 20 minutes for a table. They are a little slow to get chip/salsa refills but they do a good job of keeping the drinks refilled. Overall it is our favorite mexican place to go and since its so affordable we get to go more often!
