I have been a long time customer of rancho and I love the food and most of employees are awesome. But I have to say if the owner doesn’t get rid of one employee named demitre I and quite a few other locals will not be back. He is racist and very unpleasant towards all. I have watched total strangers walk out because of him. He is ruining your restaurant
