GREAT FOOD/OK SERVICE. I have lived in south FL for 35 years and this is by far the best Italian food anywhere around. Wish I would have discovered it long ago. Many times I passed it by, never giving it a try. The food is fabulous! The service is just OK for us. As we enjoy the food, I agree the service could be better. Not an overly friendly staff and for the prices, they should be. I say, give it a try and although pricey, you won’t be disappointed with the food.
Great Food/Unpredictable Service. This place is close to our house; if the service were more friendly all the time, we would visit much more regularly. We have had some awesome pasta dishes & very good pizza. Decor could be updated. The biggest problem with the service is this one server, a guy from England or somewhere like that and he comes off very snooty and unfriendly. We went there the other night & he was not working so we had a very pleasant server…its sad they keep this guy cuz he truly is the reason we don’t visit this place more frequently.
Mr & Mrs. The Atmosphere was nice the place was filled with patrons.It was on Saturday when we went with another couple to Vulcanos. My wife ordered Filet of Sole, she gave me a little Piece of this fish to taste. It tasted very fishy, not the way real Sole would taste. Later, after we left the place my wife mentioned that she also found the taste offensive. Unfortunately we did not complain to the management while we were there. We’re very disappointed and will not return to this establishment
Authentic Italian Food. Being from Boston and having many choices for great Italian food….I give volcano’s an A+….this family owned and operated restaurant is the real deal….not fancy but great food!
