Our first stop when we arrive in the Villages is to Thai Ruby for authentic Thai cusine. The mussels with pepper sauce and crispy duck with shrimp was awesome…I can’t wait to have it again.04 May, 2013Thai Ruby is the best restaurant in the Villages and a must try for everyone. Great food and service…..always enjoyable.
Not only the best of its style of cuisine in the Villages – but one of the best in the 38 states that I have traveled ! Do not pass this one up ! The owner is almost always on premise – she is friendly and accommodating and creator of the dishes prepared by the chef – all authentic to her native country of Thailand ! Love this place !!
