  Went to bed hungry.. Went for christmas night. First, they were 45 mins late seating us for our 5pm seating. Tables from 3pm seating did not leave. I believe they need to correct that when they taking reservations for seatings they need to tell the parties its 2hr limit. Second, they ran out of the only beef on the menu, prime rib for the ENTIRE 5pm seating. We were the last people to be seated and I was one of the first groups to check in at 5pm for our reservation. They had limited menu and no back up items. So No beef. I didnt not have dinner because we were already seated and we were not told they were OUT of food. Poor prep, unacceptable. The rest of my party ate, Soup was ice cold served 2x same way(you cant microwave some food in certain dishes, so how about making the soup hot in a pot and then pour it into the bowl. The main dishes were fine, nothing special but food was good as I was told. Waitress was extremely nice and pleasant, no fault of hers that the kitchen was not prepared for all their reservations. When you have a limited menu, you’d better have the food you offer for everyone. Will not go back for this reason. They had no other beef options, not even a steak in the freezer and this is a restaurant that is open all the time. Manager never even came out to apologize, the waitress did her best.

  Will NEVER eat here again!. To begin with, when we first walked into the restaurant NO ONE greeted us. We could not figure out if we could seat ourselves or if we needed to wait for a hostess and no one working at the bar acknowledged our presence at all. Once we found someone to ask where we should sit we were told we could sit outside at any table we liked. The outdoor seating is very nice and clean. We got our waitress (who never introduced herself and also was not wearing a name tag) was very friendly and professional. Although we enjoyed our waitress, when I received my drink there was crusty brown residue on the INSIDE of my drink which of course curbed my appetite right away. We told our server that we would be ordering pizza but there was only thin crust available and were also told, AFTER we ordered that also two of the toppings we wanted (green peppers and sausage) were out of stock! We unhappily changed our order and ordered a pizza with half mushroom, but when the pizza came out (a half hour later) mushroom was indeed on the whole pizza and out waitress had no suggestions to correct it. Although we did receive free cookies for our bad experience our bill was not cut and still came out to around $60!!! I will never eat here again or advise anyone else to dine at this establishment.
