Fresh and delicious. We had lunch there today. All 3 of us really enjoyed our selections, and the service was very good! The clan chowder was delicious, and the conch fritters were some of the best we’ve had lately. One of the specials was boiled shrimp. My friend ordered the hot ones, and they came to the table already peeled! I was sorry I hadn’t ordered them until I saw my Island Salad with the blackened mahi ( you have a choice of fish )! The greens were fresh, and so was the mango. The fish dip was delicious also. Prices were very good ( my salad was $9.99). Will definitely be back! Great water view too!
Service was verrrryyyyy slow … Food was ok, and the smell of fish next to the docks was lovely.
Excellent in every way!! Food was scrumptious with generous portions. We sat outside and had stuffed mushrooms, margaritas, fried shrimp and scallops, and the island salad. The server was attentive but not overbearing. A wonderful find while visiting. Recommend it highly!!!
Awesome food and service!!!! :). We had the catfish sandwich…it was huge 🙂 and got 2 sides with it…the Clam Chowder was the BEST I have ever tasted!!! The crab stuffed flounder with a garlic sauce was very good, also 🙂 Service was fast…sounds like maybe its under new management (?) since all of the Previous posts. Because we experienced NONE of the other previous issues the reviews mentioned. Try eating there again…I am sure things must have changed …for the Better :)Next time we will eat out at the Tiki bar or on of the cute Hut tables…yes!! you can eat outside also 🙂 Great Parking.
Food and service good. Great view. Prices good. Trinette was our server…very good. Suggest going during a non-rush. Food fresh to order.
Thumbs Up. I grew up in Titusville and return home twice a year from Kentucky. I am quite pleased with Cracker Jacks. I have gone there with my elderly mother, and children. Everyone has been pleased. Childrens menu was fairly priced and generous portions. The atmosphere was very pretty and laid back. The lady who sat us was polite and made sure we got a seat at the window after someone else moved. The man who waited on us was a bit different, but he was polite and got the job done. Id love to go back and enjoy just the Tiki Bar without the kids. But passing it on the way in did not do anything to cheapen the atmosphere of a family oriented restaurant. It was wonderful to be able to watch the manatee’s. I took a couple of my children back later in the day to see the manatees up close, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. When I had to use the rest room I was worried it would be dirty because you have to go outside. While its older, it was clean. Cant ask for much more.
The ambiance here is awesome but the service is horrible. Horrible!!! I would seriously guess the service staff is drunk or on drugs. I have been in service for 25 years as a bartender and server and I am appalled at the staff in this place. Finally, I am saying something after 5 or 6 consistent disappointing experiences. I will take my guests to dogs or do something else from now on.
