Totally messed up our order. Had to ask for the salad. Forgot 1/2 of the order and one person still didn’t have their roll when the rest were finished with pizza. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t do it. They said I could wait until the rest was cooked that I already paid.
Great Pizza. I love this place. Great tasting pizza, knots, subs, salads … we have tried it all. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed. Be prepared to wait, they make to order.
AWESOME pizza! I went there when they first opened during the late summer and it was a little disorganized but I think it was because they were just getting started…they’ve been on their game every time I’ve gone back .The pizza slices are HUGE AND DELICIOUS! I’ve been in several times and the workers are really nice. They gave my kids some cinnamon breadknots while we were waiting for our pizza to cook. I take the family there on Saturday afternoons for slices of pizza and we feed the whole family for about $20. Great food, good price and a laid back friendly atmosphere.
Been Twice for lunch. Once eat in and the other take out. Both times reheated pre made slices. Pizza tasted great! Both times service a little slow. Today they reheated my slices put them in in the take out box put them above the oven and never called them out to me. Got tired of waiting and had to ask how much longer! Not very attentive to the customers out in dining area or quick about wiping down the tables. Today I was turned off by several kissing scenes displayed by a worker/owner?and his girlfriend/wife?in the kitchen in full view of the dining area. Not appropriate at all! Comes back to customer service again! I wouldn’t call it a place to take your family.
