Horrible food and service! Dont waste your money, time, or taste buds. Insult to the Irish name! Only the Guinness was decent. One star because you cant give zero. Waited forever for Irish stew and loaded baked potato. That was not stew. It was a can of beef consomm opened with slices of beef, potato added. Terrible taste. Potato- must have been microwaved. Chili on it was blah terrible beef. The ladies next to us said the same thing about their stew. Im sure this place gets 4 stars from people either ignorant of Irish or good food, or they drink so much that by the time the food comes after the long wait, their taste buds are destroyed by the beer.
Not a bad pub at all. They have a great draft beer selection and a very friendly staff. I had their Grouper Reuben, it was a bit salty but overall good. If you’ve never tried one, you really should, its just a Reuben with grouper instead of corned beef, a odd sandwich, but you’ll be surprised how well the fish works with the Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
Rude bartender. Went over the past weekend to celebrate a friends graduation, and the bartender named Takara was rude and unprofessional. I grabbed balloons for my friend and she proceeded to yell across the entire restaurant at me calling me a b****. I brushed it off and continued to enjoy my night with my friends, she then comes up to me and tells me to hit her or whatever she blabbered on about. This was a place I always went to for a night out. I know many of the regulars and most of them will not be returning after hearing about this. Any establishment with an employee that unprofessional deserves to be looked into.
