Waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged and then another 10 to be seated. Food was cold and undercooked. Sent my food back twice. Was ignored by wait staff except for one waitress named Jess. I went the week before for the 1st time and it was great. Kim was my waitress that time. I wanted my husband to try the food and it sucked this time. Don’t know if we’ll be back or not. We got the vibe that people of color aren’t welcome. Jess was very nice and apologetic. Shelby outright ignored us! I have no issues with Jess. She tried her best. The cook needs to worry about making sure the food is hot and fully cooked vs yelling at the staff and trying to hurry up and get out of there. Absolutely ridiculous!The only reason why I even gave it 1 star was because of how hard Jess tried to fix things tonight and due to how good Kim and the food were during my 1st visit. Other than that it would be a zero!

Many-Times Visitor. My husband and I love to eat at Hobo’s. Recommended dishes: Santa Fe Steak, Pork Chops, Salmon, Shrimp. Good salad bar. Love the atmosphere.
I came to Hobo’s Tuesday evening with my wife for Dinner and I have got to tell you what a beautiful building. The scenery tells a story. It is almost as if it were a museum. My wife and myself were very pleased with our food. We both ordered the Petite Steak. Great price and nice and tender.Service was beyond excellent and even took my jokes well. This was not our first time in but this experience was much more pleasant. We WILL be back. Welcome to Trenton. We’re glad to have you!
