The Best Dinning Experience. My wife and I ate at Avanzare during our vacation, and it was the best dinning experience I have ever had. The service was outstanding, our waiter was very nice, extremely knowledgeable about the menu and I could tell he really cared and took pride in what he was doing. The food was amazing, fresh, and homemade. I would even consider driving the three hours from Clearwater just to go back, that’s how much we enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend this place, it was outstanding!

On top of the outrageous house made pastas and ALL the food me AND my six friends put in our mouths…the staff, owner, and whole experience was a delight!!!!

Great food. Waiter was well versed. Good touch with him sharing his favorite menu items.

BEST ITALIAN IN VERO. I’ve ordered take out from here over two dozen times and have eaten many enjoyable evening dinners here as well. Owner/chef demonstrates dedication to providing fresh ingredients, well crafted Northern Italian dishes and a great atmosphere to enjoy it all. You can also tell the place is really fresh by their rotating menu of specials. I’d say a good third to half of the menu rotates frequently. My two favorite dishes:Bolognese PappardelleLobster and Shrimp Fettuccine

First, But Not Last Visit. Excellent experience in food, drink and service. A tasting from the Chef was provided upon being seated which that night was a red grape wrapped in prosciutto. Based on the type of wine requested they recommended a wine which was only sold by the bottle but they didn’t hesitate in offering it to me by the glass. The wine was spot on what I was looking for. Great flexibility in sides offered and changes in the meal or cooking due to personal food preferences. Both of us had one of the weekly specials: the Short Rib Lasagna and the Ribeye Steak. I haven’t seen my husband order beef from a restaurant in 10 years as he sticks to only organic beef. But since their meat, veal and pork are purchased organic he did not hesitate in ordering and enjoying the beef. Every bite of our dinners was flavorful and satisfying. Our only disappointment was that we were so full we couldn’t try one of their desserts or homemade limoncello. We both look forward to our next dinner at Avanzare.

A very enjoyable dinner.. My wife and I went there last night. My wife started with an appetizer of Both Prosciutto Di Parma and San Danielle. there was 3 mounds of each and it allows you to see the differences of both. The San Danielle is lighter in color and taste while the DiParma was daker and had a more intense flavor. I started with the Berscaola and parmaesan cheese. Very flavorful but a bit skimpy in size. We each had a salad, my endive salad with tapande and goat cheese was very good and my wife enjoyed the tomatoes and mozzarella salad. As a main course she had Chicken Caprese with angle hair pasta, She liked them both and remarked that the pasta was cooked properly. I had Shrimp Avanzare which is served witrh artichoke hearts in a wine sauce over parmasean risotto. The flavors were excellent and the shrimp were nicely cooked. The risotto was slightly overdone and a bit mushy. The wait staff was mostly attentive and competent.Overall it was a very enjoyable dinner.
