My wife and I have been to Blue Agave over a dozen times. Each time we come away with a pleasant experience. The specials are unique and tasty. If you come in late to dinner, they may be out of one or two of the specials because they do fresh, not frozen, or leftovers over from previous days. Try the key lime desert with fresh berries on top. Sooo good.Great drinks and craft beer, who could ask for more.
Absolutely love this place! Great food that is always fresh no matter how many different times I’ve been there. The craft beer selection is nice as well as the options for creative Margaritas amd cocktails. Perfect Happy Hour spot for a quick drink and appetizer or a full fledged meal. Overall very tasty, flavorful, creative and fun place to eat if you want good mexican food. Highly recommended.
Not good at all. Stale chips. Flavor-less salsa and Guac. Plus, it was over priced. So disappointed because the space is nice.
Authentic Mexican food? Not even close.. I’m from southern California and grew up with real Mexican food, this was not authentic and anyone who says it is has no idea what they’re talking about. The food was bland, the salsa stunk, and it was cold. We watched the food be set in the window and then it was delivered, stone cold. All of it, not just the rice or beans, but the whole thing. We had to have it microwaved. And we didn’t even get an apology of any kind, the bartender didn’t even seem surprised by the cold food. Aren’t those things supposed to be monitored according to the health code? I mean, come on, even taco bell can manage to give you hot food. And way cheaper. I suppose we could have caught the place on an off night, but that just means they’re not consistent and still not worth it.
Yum. I loved the service the foodthe drinksthe Chad
Awesome Dinner. My husband , sister and I recently had dinner at the Blue Agave and it truly was one of the best, authentic Mexican meals we have had. The ceviche was fresh, bright and a little spicy – excellent! My sister and I went for one of the specials of the day which was a pulled pork cheek tostada. It was THE best! The house margaritas were also spot on and freshly made with real ingredients. Counting the days til we bring more people to enjoy this gem!
Delicious!. My husband and I recently met friends at Blue Agave. I found the food authentic and very tasty. I had the vegetable nachos, which I found a healthy alternative to standard nachos. The nachos were enough to make a meal for me. The margaritas were delicious as well. My husbands and our friends chose tacos and burritos. They were all pleased with the portion as well as the flavor of their entrees. We will definitely return soon.
