Maybe it’s just me getting older, but this place did nothing for me. The buffett had food trays stacked on top of each other and the entire place just had a run down feel to it. My husband was starving so that’s why we stopped here but I would rather eat somewhere else…. lesson learned.

YUMM!. I definitely will be back again! The sushi was the best I have had in Chattanooga so far, and the pricing was far. Thank you Chef Lin!

I feel dirty… First trip to Chef Lins. We came here because our kids were starving after day camp and we failed to plan dinner for tonight. My observation of Chef Lins is similar to almost every Chinese buffet I’ve been to in my life… Namely:Low quality food. The sushi is not labeled so if you’re looking for non-fish or cooked-fish sushi good luck to you!How is it that every Chinese buffet can make even mixed vegetables unhealthy? What is the mystery sauce they are simmering in? It is tasty, but definitely doesn’t taste healthy…Do yourself a favor and go to Publix and get some chicken breast and veggies and stir fry them at home! At least you’ll know what you’re eating 🙂

Worst Chinese food ever!. Tried this place for the first time Friday night. Buffet is typically priced around $12 an adult. We arrived for a early dinner. This was our first mistake. The food was clearly left over from lunch and had been sitting under the heat lamps too long. The food is disgusting. It is clear they are using substandard ingredients and recipes. Fried rice and noodles tasted bland and old. Bourbon chicken, General Tso chicken both tasteless. The fish in the sushi was a weird grey color. Rangoon was weirdly wet. Everything was gross. Only good thing I had on buffet was chopped up cantalope. Really the foulest Chinese dining experience I have ever had. Save your money and go to one of the better chinese takeout places in town. Only thing nice I can say was the waiter and hostess were friendly and it was fairly clean. Fountain and decor was pretty. Still that can’t make up for the disgusting food. Will never go back. I wish we had a decent Chinese buffet in Vero.

BEWARE. Beware. I realize mistakes can be made. This restaurant hit my credit card twice for the same meal in November. They told me to bring in my statement and they would give the money back. Guess they didn’t expect me to. Gave me a very hard time, called me a liar and called the police. They did give the money to me and then demanded it back. Couldn’t believe they would act that way. Check your statements for double charges.

Best Buffet in Vero Beach. My family and I have been going to Chef Lin’s since we moved to Vero Beach over 2 years ago. They still have some of the best Sushi I have ever tasted, although at times they don’t have enough made up to serve when they are busy. Everything I have eaten there was very tasty and they have more of the traditional items than other buffets I have been to. The Hibachi grill is one of my favorites. We tried the other Chinese Buffet down the street and the food there is not as good and the Sushi is no where near the quality of Chef Lin’s. I agree with others that the decor needs to be updated to a more clean, modern look but they have been here for many years. I don’t go to a restaurant to look at the pictures, I go to eat good food!
