A fantastic lunch stop. Inexplicably, the Lemon Tree closes at noon on Sunday. Since Cravings is two doors down we decided to try it and we will be repeat customers. The front side of the menu lists around 100 sandwich and salad options. The back side of the menu lists about 100 bakery items plus drinks. We sat at a table on the sidewalk and ate which was fun. The sandwiches were excellent. The bakery items and the homemade ice cream looked fantastic.

Delicious lunch! We ordered the Turkey Reuben, roastbeef and horseradish sandwich, and two items from the kids menu- hotdog and tuna sandwich. Everything was great and service was fast for take out.

Didn’t like the cappuccino (watery) or coffee (overcooked) we had. We ordered breakfast sandwiches that took almost 15 minutes to arrive, and then they were cold. Didn’t use real eggs. And the croissants were chewy bread rather than flaky pastry. The sweet bread was overly oily. Won’t be returning.

Horrible. Walked in to looking at about 10 chalkboards with all of the menu items in all different colors. Very confusing to look at. So I got a menu to look at. A new twist on confusion………..They have WAY too many items on their menu. To top it off they have managed to cram it all onto a 4 page fold out menu in small font. The employees that work the front counter are young and extremely inexperienced with the menu. My mother was asked to change her order 3 times because they didn’t know what they were doing. The best part of the experience is the woman that works in the back coming to my table and telling me that the bread they claim on the menu that clearly states that you can have with the 1/2 sandwich combo does not come with the 1/2 sandwich! I explained to her what I read and how I placed my order and she leaned over the table, put the receipt in front of my face, ( about and inch away from my nose ), and asked me if I want Wheat, Wholegrain, Rye, or White Bread with my lunch. It took ever ounce of me not to PUNCH her in her face for getting in my personal space. Bottom line is I paid almost $13 for a coffee and a 1/2 sandwich 1/2 salad combo that was overpriced and the staff is extremely UNPLEASANT! Did I mention that they didn’t bring me any dressing for my salad? I had to get up and get that myself! What a nightmare. Live in Stuart and I won’t be coming back here ever again. It’s a shame because my Timeshare is directly across the street from them and I come to Vero every year. SERIOUS 5 THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!

The lines speak for themselves!. Visited for ice cream the first night I was in town and ended up going back every day of my trip! The ice cream is delicious and all the baked goods look amazing. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel one day for breakfast and it was made fresh for me. The pain au chocolate is to die for! They have sooo many options for those with health needs – gluten free, sugar free, etc, and those all look delicious too. The staff is really helpful and accommodating. Only drawback…. their coffee sucks! But their pastries are amazing. You have to go if you’re in Vero.

Yummy Ice Cream!. Younger staff is a little unfriendly and get irritated if you walk in later at night before they close, but this place has the best ice cream in Vero! The vanilla ice cream tastes homemade and creamy, not fake, powdered and processed. The hot fudge sundae is to die for, all fresh and for a great price! This place is open at the crack of dawn for breakfast foods, sandwiches, soups & salads for lunch, and the best ice cream in Vero all day long! If you get exhausted from walking in the heat its the perfect place to sit inside and grab an ice cold iced tea or drink and cool off! You can’t beat the beach right across the street either! Love this place!

Okay. Small place, and always the such of a lot of people. My ethicist told me it’s okay to hate the people who eat inside of small ice cream shops. Anyways, it does have great ice cream. That’s all you need, I guess.
