I Visit La Tabla of vero beach and i was not disappointed. i feel i was transported back to new york. First i tried the Ranchero bowl poached eggs, avocado, spinach, organic brown rice and mozzarella it was to die for. I also added the Mocha Shake both times and its diffidently a pick me up Then the next day i tried the Granola Bowl and added 2 poached eggs too it. it was so fresh and full of flavors. La tabla is a must try if your bored with typical cafe experience.
