Was recommended by residents of vero beach. Service was good, drinks and wine complimented food. Crusted flounder was delicious and nice portion as well as appetizers and Desserts. Happy with decision to eat there. View of ocean added to evening
Met some friends here that wanted to see the beach. Although the location is nice, I would not eat here again. The food was average at best and the portions small and overpriced. But I’m sure from the looks of the place that they stay busy with the amount of tourists and snow birds in town.
Stay away – Have eaten here for 20+ years – too bad. Waiter and service fantastic! Food was down right bad – manager would not come to table to talk when waiter told them of our concern. NO CLASS – 1/29/16 They do not respond to direct email either!!!!
First time dinner. Service was excellently provided by Emily. The food was outstanding. The ambience was great, not too loud. Can’t go wrong here.
For my son’s birthday, we dined at the Ocean Grill for the first time. I was taken aback with the decor. I’d never seen anything like it! Wow! Food was uniformity excellent. All four entrees (roast duck, jumbo lump crab cakes, crab au gratin and coquilles st jacques) were awesome! Service was properly paced and professional.
This place is, literally a local landmark and where my husband and I had our first date. It’s fun for drinks and people watching, but to be honest the food is nothing special and way overpriced, with nearly everything being ala carte and I think the wait staff have taken professional courses in the art of upcharging. You’ll be better off (food – wise) walking down the street to Cobalt. Not as an eclectic decor or good view from inside, but the food is 1000% better IMHO
Awesome experience. Our dock master recommended Ocean Grill. It was everything he said. We were told an hour wait so we sat at the bar overlooking the ocean and had terrific bloody marys after a 20 min wait we seated and Garry was our waiter. His service was 5*. Very very attentive and professional. This is his career not just a job. Our entrees were delicious. Portions were generous and fresh tasting. We will be back again
