We like almost everything at Chili’s, especially the queso. The new queso blanco is delicious however, the ribs…not so much. I wish they would bring back the old ribs, they were so much better and all of the fat was able to render out, leaving tender, moist, fall off of the bone ribs. The new ribs are much thicker, so not all of the fat is able to render leaving globs of fat, which is not at all appealing to my appetite. I picked through the meat I could tolerate to eat, but will definitely not be ordering ribs from Chili’s again until they make a major change. At least I can still eat ribs at Friday’s where the only change they made to their ribs was to crust them in bacon! You so had me at bacon…mmm…bacon.

I think you have been here before. It is Chili’s. I been here too. I don’t know about it. I look at the menu and it says chef inspired food. Why is it like that? I don’t want a chef to inspire on my food. I want a chef to make my food. This is why I doesn’t like it.
We enjoyed the balloon animal guy more than our food!
It’s Chilis, you know what to expect. One nice feature is the bar.
