Ribeye Steak. Excellent
My boyfriend and I love the food there, which is why we return, but we alway go in knowing the service will suck. There is always one hostess there in particular every time we go. She doesn’t greet you, smile, or acknowledge you in any way. She takes her sweet time grabbing menus and taking us to a table. Now, we have a had different servers each time, and the servers aren’t *terrible* but they don’t really do anything to make the service stand out. They rarely check on us to see if we need anything, don’t refill our drinks until one of us gets up and asks, and are not personable. As a server/student, myself, I would get my head chewed off for not putting the guests first. After all, it’s a job, it’s all about making customers happy. Fortunately, I rarely go out to eat, so I can live with bad service. However, if you are sensitive to below average customer service but enjoy a good steak (or chocolate stampede) then go ahead. But don’t expect to feel welcomed in the restaurant.
My wife and I visit the viera location longhorn about twice a month. We love this restaurant! The whole experience for us is always perfect. The staff and the food is unmatched. I always ask our server how certain dishes are prepared because I like to cook at home and if he or she doesn’t know, they will have a manager come to our table and tell us. The burgers and steaks and chicken and bread and appetizers and salads, makes my mouth water thinking about it. If you haven’t been there, go tonight!
Pleasant Surprise!. Went here after Father’s Day movie. Steak was perfectly cooked. I had the salmon salad and it was great. Will definitely be back!
This location is pretty good. Always good fresh and comfortable. I like the grilled trout. The filet mignon is good too. The crispy potato chips appetizer is very good home made chips. I say, Yes.
Nothing went well. My wife chose this for her birthday meal with the kids the other day. The service was terrible and the food was average to below average.
Crab Stuffed Filet Mignon. My dinner partner and I both had this dish. We both agreed it was THE best steak we had ever tasted! Tender enough to melt in your mouth, with flavors unparalleled in culinary history. Simply scrumptious!
