This is the exception and consider this a review of the entire chain because we have never seen the slightest variation between locationsI had the chopped steak smothered in mushrooms, a light gravy and fried onion strings. Wendy had a fried chicken tender blue cheese salad. Both were done very well. Tasty and Paleo…all but the seasonal draft beer. The food is great- we love the restaurant. Thats why we chose it for our special event… but I called a week in advance to the Viera location because my daughter is graduating and we will be coming in with a party of 16-which I consider a very large party. I asked if I could make reservations and was told I could only call 30 minutes ahead. I hardly thing this is appropriate since there will be 16 people and they don’t have a banquet room. So I can anticipate a nice long wait-even if I call ahead. You need to make a few extra arrangements for large parties. We will probably consider going somewhere else that will accommodate us in a more positive manner.
