Awful Pick up service. They mess up the order every week. We ordered every week the last 4 times the orders have been wrong and we had to drive back. Today we ordered a turkey sandwich on wheat no cheese with lettuce and tomato and spicy mustard. We received turkey (barley a thin slice of packaged turkey,) red onions and mayo. We were missing a bowl of soup, 2 breads. The chicken panini had not been pressed had a half of a slice of chicken and the bread was sliced so the top was 3 inches thick and the bottom was so thin you could not pick it up.Last time and they did not offer a refund. The manager actually rang up the order. We used to love you Panera and since you are the only game in town with good bread in our small community you will remain very busy i am sure. The management is ALWAYS responsible.
Unfortunate experience…. I love Panera Bread Co. they have delicious food and usually great service. Today however, wasn’t my best experience. I had placed my order and was offered a .99 bakery item. I don’t have the items memorized as I don’t go often. I wanted to keep the line moving, so when the cashier asked if I wanted a paid slip for the bakery item, which I could pick out later, I took it. After I had finished my meal I went back to select my bakery item….but no one would assist me in the bakery area. They could see I had a receipt, and it was obvious I was waiting, but I was ignored by the staff. I will go back to Panera – but I was very disappointed today.
